“And what happened to Scotty?” the girl asked, her fingers flying over the various keyboards she had in front of her and other virtual boards she saw only in the oversized monitor goggles she wore. She had dark hair pulled back in a ponytail. Her moniker was Vapor. Sprite had only met her once before, but if Scotty’s crew vouched for her, she was good.
“Scotty’s an idiot,” Sprite said. “He owed me and ran away when he saw me.”
The girl continued her data mining, logging interesting bits for future analysis.
“Yeah, you keep saying that he owed you.”
