Scotty couldn’t sleep, his body and emotions a wreck from the day. He wasn’t made for these sorts of chemical upswings due to all the excitement. First there was the excitement of the auction. Then he was chased and attacked by Sprite and practically tortured by Helen. After that, he was forced to call down his guardian orbiter because he was fearing for his own life. But the orbiter only served to make the dangers of the situation worse. Next he had to witness his prized antique being destroyed by the same woman he helped only a few hours late.
